By booking and participating in a therapy session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Article 1 – Scope of Service
a. Past Life Regression Therapy is a form of hypnotherapy that aims to explore possible past life experiences. It is designed for personal insight, spiritual exploration, and emotional healing.
b. This therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychiatric care. It is complementary to, but not a replacement for, conventional medical or psychological services.
Article 2 – Eligibility
a. All clients must be 18 years or older to participate in therapy unless written parental or guardian consent is provided.
b. Clients must disclose any mental health or medical conditions prior to the session to ensure that the therapy is safe and appropriate for them.
Article 3 – Results and Expectations
a. The client understands that results vary from person to person and not everyone may experience a past life or achieve the desired outcome during a session.
b. No specific guarantees or promises are made regarding the accuracy or authenticity of the experiences encountered during the therapy.
Article 4 – Client Responsibility
a. The client agrees to participate voluntarily and understands that they are fully responsible for their emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after the session.
b. The client is expected to approach the session with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Article 5 – Confidentiality
a. All information shared during the session, including personal experiences, will be kept strictly confidential. No details will be shared with third parties unless legally required to do so.
Article 6 – Payment and Cancellation Policy
a. Full payment is required at the time of booking the session.
b. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% charge of the total fee.
c. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
Article 7 – Session Environment
a. The therapy session will take place in a safe and comfortable environment where the client can fully relax. Disruptions such as phones or external noises should be minimized to ensure the best results.
Article 8 – Limitations and Liability
a. The therapist is not liable for any emotional, mental, or physical effects experienced by the client as a result of the session.
b. The client agrees to release the therapist from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the session.
c. The client acknowledges that Past Life Regression Therapy is not scientifically proven and is considered a form of alternative, spiritual, and holistic healing.
Article 9 – Medical Disclaimer
a. The therapist is not a licensed medical professional and will not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatments.
b. The therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Clients experiencing mental health concerns should seek the advice of a licensed therapist or medical professional.
Article 10 – Recording of Sessions
a. Sessions may be recorded for the client’s personal use if requested in advance. Recordings are intended to be confidential and not shared publicly without prior written consent.
Article 11 – Health Disclaimer
a. Clients should notify the hypnotherapist of any mental or physical health conditions, including medication or treatments they are currently undergoing.
b. Hypnotherapy may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with certain mental health disorders. If necessary, the hypnotherapist may request medical clearance before proceeding.
Article 12 – Client Responsibility
a. The client agrees to attend all sessions punctually and participate fully.
b. Hypnotherapy is most effective when the client is committed to self-improvement and follows the hypnotherapist’s recommendations between sessions.
Article 13 – Termination of Session
a. The therapist reserves the right to terminate the session at any time if it is deemed that the therapy is no longer appropriate or if the client exhibits distress that cannot be safely managed within the session.
